Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high demand periods such as product launches or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Kingdom Hill Ranch ships within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kingdom Hill Ranch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kingdom Hill Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
